Where 3Netra services are deployed for schools, educational institutions control student records and permissions. We process student information as a service provider for educational purposes under contractual restrictions.

  • Institution-directed disclosure, correction, and deletion workflows.

4. Service Use Rules

You agree not to:

  • Use the services for unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful purposes.
  • Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, disruption, or data scraping not expressly permitted.
  • Upload malware, malicious code, or deceptive content.
  • Infringe third-party rights, including privacy, intellectual property, and publicity rights.

5. Accessibility and Safety Notice

3Netra products are assistive technologies and do not replace user judgment, caregiver guidance, classroom supervision, or emergency procedures. Unless explicitly stated, our services do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

6. Data Protection and DPDPA 2023 Alignment

We process personal data according to applicable data protection law and our Privacy Policy. For users in India, our practices are designed to align with DPDPA 2023, including consent, purpose limitation, data minimization, and grievance redressal principles.
